Our Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items for a full refund or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos of any damaged or defective items (if applicable)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24 hours. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Opened or used seasonal decorations that cannot be resold as new
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation
All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in resalable packaging.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference. For less expensive exchanges, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
